what does self-guided mean?
self-guided means that you will receive the training book + log that includes descriptions + workouts, but the start date + accountability will be entirely up to you! once you receive the program, there is no additional support provided by project direct coaching. this allows me to keep costs low while providing you a program that has proven to help athletes develop power that shows up big on routes! should you be interested in more coaching access + support, send an email to karly@projectdirectcoaching.com and we can discuss those options further.
what is the start date?
with this self-guided program, you can start whenever you would like! total independence + freedom!
i have never trained before, would i be a good fit?
Yes. but, this program will be most beneficial for those that can do 2 pull-ups, hold a 20mm edge at bodyweight, and/or climb at the v2/v3 level (or higher).
i am not sure i’m ready for this program, can i talk to someone?

What equipment is required?
athletes need access to a hangboard with a 20mm edge, typical weight room, bouldering gym/homewall with a wide variety of terrain angles and problems, and sport climbing (indoors or outdoors).
